You may use our public website to learn about Navarre Automotive, find dealership locations, and link to affiliated rooftop sites for inventory, financing, service, and store-specific forms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Inventory, pricing, incentives, and availability on linked rooftop sites are subject to change and are offered by the applicable dealership location. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free.

Navarre Automotive and its affiliated dealerships may send SMS messages related to customer care only — sales follow-up for inquiries you initiated, service appointments, and delivery-related notifications — after you opt in through a permitted method.

• Opt-in methods: You may opt in by affirmatively checking an SMS consent box on a web form (such as contact, test-drive, or availability forms on affiliated dealership sites), texting a keyword where advertised, replying to a message you initiated, or providing documented verbal consent to our staff.
• Consent not required: Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or leasing any goods or services.
• Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel the SMS service at any time. We will send a confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS from that program unless you opt in again.

AI-assisted features in Billy are provided to support business operations and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or safety advice.

Where permitted by law, telephone calls, voicemails, chats, text messages, and emails with us or our vendors may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, or stored for customer service, quality assurance, compliance, security, training, and business purposes.

Navarre Automotive (NAVARREX LLC) provides WhatsApp chat for customer service when you contact us first. The business identity shown in WhatsApp is Navarre Automotive, operated by NAVARREX LLC and its affiliated dealerships — not any individual owner or employee in a personal capacity.

• Use: You may use WhatsApp to ask about inventory, pricing, locations, test drives, and service. Do not use the channel for unlawful, abusive, or spam content.
• Automated replies: Initial responses may be generated by automated assistants. You may request a human representative at any time.
• Opt-out: Text STOP in the chat or email ops@navarre.app to stop messages from that WhatsApp line.
